I bought a dualshock controller 🎮 for ps4 on ebay last March and after 11 months it no longer works, can I claim the warranty and if so how?

Obviously you can claim the warranty only if you bought from a professional seller in Italy or within the EU. For non-EU countries you can't do anything. If the seller is a private individual, you can't ask for a warranty. They've already answered you on how to do it.

You need to contact the seller who sold you the item directly.

If you don't remember, go check the purchase history here:

https://www.ebay.it/mye/myebay/purchase

on the upper right you'll see the default setting for the last 60 days, go there and change the period to 2022 or 2021 to see purchases from the last 3 years.

Then, next to the item you bought, see who the seller is and get in touch with them.
