Items for sale in the store don't appear in the results
Good morning, I’m trying to help a friend with an eBay shop that’s complaining about a limited amount of business. It has been active for 10 years, sells auto parts, but to date it has a turnover equal to 1/6 compared to competing shops. From the tests I carried out, I noticed that its products practically do not appear in search results unless you type the exact listing title, while other sellers appear more than 2 times in the same list. The shop has a good reputation and has no active restrictions. In your opinion, what should be done to improve its ranking? Thanks.
