Used tires

Good morning,
I bought a set of used tires on eBay, described by the seller as “in good condition.” After having them mounted on my car, I found that the tires are out of round, causing issues such as:
• Noticeable vibrations while driving.
• Unusual noises due to the deformation.
I contacted the seller to resolve the issue, and he asked me to remove the tires and send them back to him for inspection. However, I have already spent 50 euros to have them mounted, and removing them to reinstall the summer tires would mean additional costs (around 100 euros). In addition, I would have to pay out of pocket for shipping the tires back, which makes the situation even more expensive.
I proposed an alternative solution (such as a replacement) but have not yet received a concrete response. I am asking for your help to resolve this situation fairly. Thanks

By opening a dispute for an item not as described, you are entitled to a refund of what you spent.
Return shipping is paid by the seller.
Tire mounting and dismounting are NOT INCLUDED and are at your expense.
It being understood that a good tire specialist can recognize a visibly out-of-round tire even before mounting it.
How do you recover out-of-round tires?
if they are out of round, it's because the car has been standing still for a long time, maybe with insufficient pressure. if they are not old tires and if the period of standing still was only a few months, they can "come back into shape" by inflating them to the correct pressure and driving a bit.
By driving a bit, I mean around a hundred km.
Best regards.

It’s true that you’d be out the assembly and disassembly costs, but that would happen with a replacement too.
