I purchased an item for the electronics lab; okay, we're in a particular period, but from August 4, the item only arrived today, August 23, so a couple of days ago I had opened a complaint for item not received, only after it arrived was the ss code provided and there are no other updates, so only the code provided, now it turns out that the item is malfunctioning, how should I proceed, can I close the request because the item has arrived and then open another one for return for a defective item?
