Feedback that violates eBay's rules is removed in advance through an automated process. However, in cases that are not easy to determine, we carry out a manual review. If you want to request the removal of feedback, you can contact us and a member of our team will review it. Depending on the case, we can remove the comment, the score and/or the images.
When do we remove feedback?
I assume it was removed automatically for irrelevant content

The feedback issue is rather complex.
Besides the fact that you can't write just anything in feedback, there's also the matter of an open dispute.
Usually when there's a dispute and the buyer gets their money back, the issue is resolved without further burdens such as negative feedback.
If you want to look into it further, provide more details about what happened.

In the messages, what did you write to the seller, did you warn him that you would leave negative feedback if.......?
Did you open any dispute?
So basically you left negative feedback without explaining why? Just dots ???

OP1 year agoI tried to reach a phone agreement with the seller, got a flat no, opened a dispute and the dispute was closed in the seller's favor.. I'm leaving fd and it can't be seen

·1 year agoIf you opened an eBay dispute and it was closed in favor of the seller, it means that for eBay the seller is right.
If you do not accept eBay's verdict and decide anyway to damage the seller with a negative, this will most likely be automatically removed by the system.
Usually when you ask for eBay's intervention (regardless of the outcome of the dispute) you are no longer able to leave negative feedback.

·1 year agoIf you have the habit of writing defamatory comments or comments that do not respect the marketplace rules, ebay removes them after the seller reports them.
