ah sure, a huge problem...... clearly another one who thinks that at 500 you win something.....
anyway, as Heavenwelkin pointed out, you’re at 456 actual..... only as a buyer (which, let’s remember, cannot receive negatives......) , and for years on Ebay.....

The feedback visible is 456 and not 508.
MAYBE 508 is the TOTAL feedback, but if you made double or multiple purchases for the same users, these are counted only the first time.
So, to receive the purple star, you need to reach 500 actual feedback counted by the counter.
At the moment you are still at 456.
