Hello everyone.I kindly ask for your help.Two months ago I bought an item that still hasn't arrived. I opened a dispute and eBay closed it in my favor, refunding me (the seller provided tracking that hasn't updated since then)If the item does arrive after all this time, what should I do?I should point out that I asked the seller to step in, he didn't reply, and after 3 days I had eBay step in, which after another 3 days closed the case in my favor. Only after I received the refund did the seller get in touch arrogantly, saying that he lost money and the item. What should I do?eBay customer service told me that I don't need to do anything else, but I wouldn't want the item to arrive after more than 2 months.Thanks,
