If you have already sent the item upon arrival, you need to start the return procedure for change of mind, but the return costs are your responsibility since it is not the seller's fault, who fulfilled their duty and in fact was meticulous in shipping promptly.

·3 years agoYou need to contact the seller right away and say that you ordered it by mistake and ask for the cancellation.
The seller is not obliged to cancel the sale, but it is advisable for them to do so.
