Then we need to understand properly whether you just want to buy or sell.......
If "keep your data" means you want to keep your English nationality with an English IBAN, it seems clear to me that you can't use the Italian account to sell because you have to enter an Italian IBAN with an Italian address corresponding to the account holder.
The account has been registered in Italy since 2000, and from your feedback it seems you also use Italian.
Why are you writing in English on the eBay Italy forum?
If I remember correctly, in the early years it was easy to change the country by making a request to support, but today there are contracts to sign that are different and vary from country to country, and once signed they bind you to that country.
In theory, you are already registered in Italy, so you should already be enabled to sell in Italy.
Try updating the account for sales authorization and see if you can complete the required procedure by entering the IBAN; if you can't, try contacting eBay support.
Here you are on the forum. I don't know if you can keep your records. I think it's best that you contact eBay support directly. Talk to 1 eBay operator.
