If you are the buyer, you do not have to issue any refund; if anything, you have to request one by returning the item.

You wrote to the community, first of all you need to check in your section of my eBay -> purchase history and you will see the transaction, open the order details from the menu on the left and check the payment status, as of today it should already have taken place.

Anyway, in case of problems you need to contact eBay customer support and not the community, here we are just other private or professional users who lend a helping hand based on what they know and their free time, but we have no access to anything regarding other users' accounts, that's why you need to contact eBay support agents.

Hello, I'm sorry but there isn't a button that lets you cancel all offers, so you have to do it manually.

There isn't even an advanced purchase offer management because purchase offers are assumed to be binding and can only be canceled in very exceptional cases.

On ebay.com they have already made changes in this sense to bind buyers to fulfill their commitments, and I think they will arrive sooner or later also in Italy.

Purchase offers are NOT A PASTIME, so if you make an offer that gets accepted, you then need to make the payment.

if you write on the forum you can start with legal action since here it’s unlikely that the person who sold you the product will read wouldn’t it be quicker to contact the seller and explain the problem?
