Seller contact information

Hello, I wanted to know whether it is still possible to retrieve a seller's contact information after making a purchase. That is, to retrieve a phone number and a name for a possible contact.

Let me know whether it still can be done or not.

Ok thanks a lot, anyway what a shame because it was, in my opinion, a very useful feature.

In my case I needed it to contact a seller, I hope a bit inexperienced, since I bought an item and after payment he never got back to me. I repeat, I hope he's just inexperienced and I'll wait another day before opening a dispute, in fact I wanted his contact details precisely to avoid the cancellation of the order but if he doesn't answer me I don't see any other way to go.

You can only contact him through eBay messaging.

If the seller "FORGOT" that he has items for sale on eBay and has a connected email account that he doesn’t check often, then there are no other solutions besides the ones you suggested.

You can use the direct cancellation by the buyer in the event that the package still shows as "not yet shipped / awaiting shipment".

This is a recently introduced option; you should find the button in the order summary.

If you're referring to the contact information related to a private seller's address and phone number, no, it is no longer possible to see this information through eBay.

You could only see it in the event of a dispute, when you need the address to send the item back to the seller, and in that case eBay shows you these details.

If the seller has sent you a package, you can still (depending on the labels) recover the address information.

But in the case of BRT, for example, you can only see the sender's first and last name.

If it's a professional seller, you can find the contact info on all listings.
