To me it seems like a question with a low level of logic, especially asked in such a generic / broad way?
If you need to buy used items on eBay, you can do so easily based on the photos and descriptions, and if necessary you can ask the seller questions.
If you receive an item that does not match the description, you can always open a dispute for item not as described and request a refund upon return at the seller's expense.

But are you serious or are you trolling?
But if you don't specify which listing you're talking about, what kind of replies do you expect to get?
And then why do you keep writing in English on the eBay Italy community?
