solar rechargeable lamps returned
I bought some lamps from the company ***, and having found them not working I returned the lamps, as agreed with the seller, the seller appealed to eBay saying that the lamps were not in condition, eBay in response closed the matter on 30/12/2022 without giving me back either the working lamps or my money. I filed an appeal and they replied that the case is closed, this is what happened to me (without lamps and without my money) I leave it to the community to judge whether this is fair (eBay protects the buyer) take a look. WHILE WAITING FOR SOME GOOD NEWS I SEND A GREETING TO EVERYONE.

·3 years agoI don’t know what could have happened, only the people from the platform will know the reasons. Usually, if the item isn’t working and the buyer provides some proof, the refund is automatic upon return. Not knowing what arguments the seller put forward in his appeal, it’s not easy to understand from the outside. On both eBay and Paypal the decisions are irrevocable; basically, by using these platforms you accept all their contractual terms. It’s obvious that when things don’t go the way we expected, we’re disappointed; then in this case maybe you were also right and the decision was the result of an error in judgment. For this reason I always recommend looking for a chat or phone contact with support and not leaving the whole process to automated procedures. Sorry for what happened, but by now there’s nothing that can be done. Best regards
