Anyway, if SDA says they’re being sent back in the tracking, you should also see why the delivery wasn’t successful.
Usually the courier makes 2 delivery attempts if the address is OK
If instead the courier had issues with the address, it should be visible in the tracking.
After a failed delivery, the parcel usually stays in storage for a few days.
So depending on the issue, I’d advise you to contact the seller and see what he replies.
According to eBay regulations, if the failed delivery is not the seller’s fault, it is the buyer’s responsibility.

If the order is incomplete, ask for a return and a refund (the return will be at the seller's expense).
