They sent me incompatible covers and slides, and another non-working LED. The seller isn't cooperating!
Summary: bladerunnerthebestmovie expressed frustration about receiving incompatible phone covers and non-functioning LED lights from a seller who is uncooperative. sika700 and heavenwelkin responded, but details of their replies are not specified.
Good evening, I have to go out so I’m in a hurry
1 bought LED car lights, after a little while, just past the return period, they burn out, they send me replacements, it happens again, I contact them, they don’t refund me or answer anymore, what should I do?? called eBay, the operator tells me I should just suck it up
2 bought a TPU case and screen protectors for my A2 Lite old model, case as thin as a condom, screen protectors wide open around the notch, compatible only in words, they suck, he doesn’t answer me, after I mistakenly opened a dispute for wrong item dimensions (so it’s my fault because I chose wrong according to eBay’s ILLOGIC) I call eBay, they ask me to wait for what the seller says, who doesn’t reply to the private message, the dispute expires, it closes because I didn’t respond and didn’t contact the eBay operator again, and I didn’t send the item back at my expense obviously
I call eBay again, they say they can’t do anything, you should have called right away and not let the dispute close
I say reopen it
they say it’s not possible in any way or for any reason.
I go, oh.
they say goodbye
I say goodbye back.
now I’m here writing to you... for 16 euros down the drain, honestly I could have bought food with that...
eBay getting more and more shabby.. I hope they change the rules.. unfortunately one person has to manage 1000 models and obviously they send junk.. it doesn’t happen elsewhere.. wonder why..
now please what do you advise me to do?? is there hope??
thanks bye !

·10 months agoTo me it seems that seller 1 was more than fair ... if the LEDs burn out it may depend on the quality of the LEDs (not attributable to ebay and not even to the seller) or on a problem with the car's electrical system.
As for seller 2, cheap cases that are not specifically rugged are thin since phones are getting bigger and bigger.
As for screen protector films that don't cover the whole screen, it usually depends on the fact that otherwise they would peel off if they covered the entire display up to the edges.
So they are usually slightly smaller than the display.
Alternatively try the 3d full cover films or hydrogel films.

Best regards.
