Can you tell me the VAT taxes etc. from Japan to Italy?

A collector edition of a game with a figurine included (I think it weighs) from Japan to Italy, cost €350 + €40 shipping, can you tell me if I have to pay extra VAT etc.? Because with other sellers it showed up in the cart, here it doesn't say anything.

Consider, on the total of 390 euros, 22% VAT, almost nothing in duties and 20-25 euros in customs charges.

Is it true? 390 * 0.22 = 85.8.

That means he will pay 85.5 €

These are standard rates.

It starts from the cost of the item plus shipping.

On the total, if it exceeds 150 euros, customs duties apply (usually 4-5%, but to be precise there is Taric https://aidaonline7.adm.gov.it/nsitaricinternet/ ).
On the total (including any duties), 22% VAT is applied.
Finally, couriers have their own fee tables (for customs assistance and advancing taxes), and these amounts range from 10-15 with the postal service to 20-25 with couriers like DHL or UPS.
