I can only see the store feedback, of the purchases made. Why only up to 2021 ?

·3 years agoIt's normal, you can see purchases up to 2 years before the current one. To see earlier ones, you need to contact support.

The options on that page are the same ones I used to write the issue here, because there aren’t any other options. It’s an endless loop, I didn’t understand which option I need to use.
I’m posting a screenshot of the options, could you tell me which one to use, which one to click?

·3 years agoSure, there is ...... by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page, there is a gray bar "Other options for you" with links for chat and to be called on the phone.
I see the same page both on the PC and on the app.

·3 years agoI know it’s hard to navigate the menus; they often lead you to pages of explanations, which is true, they should be read (and often they might even provide useful info to help solve things, even if not in this case. Unfortunately, compared to years ago, they’ve made it harder to get direct contact with support; just think that lately it’s even become less easy on that big platform that has no rivals (a...on).
