I don’t remember the lot of stamps I bought
Hello, I won a stamp auction and paid as usual. Since the stamps haven’t arrived, before making a complaint I wanted to see the item I bought in mid-February. But I don’t remember anything. What should I do?

·3 years agoBut have you checked My eBay 》Purchase history? Select purchases 2023 and you’ll see all the purchases made this year.
Anyway, for the eBay warranty we’re past the 30 days. You can open a claim on Paypal since you have longer to act.

it was most likely made as a guest... while you weren’t logged into your account.
Get help if you bought an item as an unregistered user | eBay
Since it was a purchase from mid-February, eBay probably can’t help you anymore; it can offer help for 30 days from the presumed delivery date, try checking here:

Otherwise you’ll need to go back to the payment method, PayPal or a chargeback on your card.
