I can’t put a product up for sale, can anyone help me?

I've been trying for days to put a product up for sale but I can't; at the moment when the data verification comes up I fill everything in correctly, then I press continue to provide other details but the highlighted red message always appears..(there was a problem, try again later) so I can't even provide my bank account details, etc..

Have you tried updating your account with your bank account details, BEFORE listing it for sale?
