If you write with the account with which you sold, maybe someone can help you, but with a newly registered account even eBay doesn't see the sales simply because they aren't there.

P.S.: In any case, if you go to the seller account (even without a password) and click on the items for sale (then at the bottom on "see all items") at the bottom of the left column there is the option to see sold items.
Sorry, but with this account you appear as a user since 27-Mar-23, that is today; which other profile are you referring to, because with this one it’s impossible that you’ve already sold anything?
In any case, if things haven’t changed, sales are visible for 2 months from the end of the auction or from the purchase (or listing close) for Buy It Now items.
