New layout for making offers is ugly and confusing

Hi, I've noticed that for the past few days, when I click on "make an offer" or "increase your offer" the window opens with a new layout, pretty ugly, full of overlapping text, and it's rather confusing.

Is it just me that's bothered by it?

In effetti la grafica non è il massimo, ci sono più informazioni rispetto alla precedente versione, ma niente è sovrapposto.
