As I was saying, I contacted you and I’m contacting you because of a mistake of mine, as they say. Dear Ebay, I have been your customer for twenty years. But I never imagined it would end like this. Let me explain better. I buy things and put them up for sale to scrape together a little extra money. I do it not as a job, otherwise I would be a professional seller; I use it as a hobby. Mostly to become a professional ebayer. But if I have to pay, I’ll give it to you for free. In fact, I sent the last one without shipping costs; when it arrives, I’ll issue the refund.

I ASK THAT I BE REFUNDED for this sponsorship that I made by mistake, not realizing it was a paid one, at €5.00 per day.

Otherwise, I will close ebay after 20 years.

You're certainly not a novice and you have a good sales background not to notice that you bought a paid listing.
If support is magnanimous they will refund you but, considering the status mentioned above, 99% of the time they'll reply with a "vigilantibus non dormientibus iura succurrunt"...
