Item ordered but not confirmed by eBay
I placed an order on eBay and the payment went through successfully (I received the confirmation), but I haven’t received an order confirmation email from eBay and at the moment the amount hasn’t been charged yet

·3 years agoCheck again, there may be some delay; if you can't find it, also check your account settings in the "Notification preferences" section, which concerns the emails you want to receive. I wouldn't want it to be that the option for purchase confirmation emails isn't ticked.

Hi @licur_1843 I recommend also checking your spam folder, sometimes confirmation emails end up there.
If you placed the order as a guest user, you can request that the confirmation email be sent to you again from here: Get help if you bought as a guest user
Click the "find the order details as a guest user" button and enter the email address used to make the purchase.

The only way is to contact support... hoping that with just your first and last name they can trace your order:
