something strange is happening to me, I bought an item and I regularly picked it up. this item was however defective and the seller would like to offer me a partial refund. even though in the track my order section the item is shown as regularly picked up, in the transaction status it still shows as being prepared (even though the seller marked it as shipped and entered the tracking correctly). in fact, the listing isn’t updating, so the seller has no way to offer me the refund since for eBay the item has not been picked up (except in the track my order section). how do I unlock the situation and get the partial refund?
