Divergent PC and Smartphone
Good evening, lately I bought a new PC and a new smartphone. I then made some purchases using the smartphone, where I regularly receive all the information on the progress of the purchases, so basically I’m updated on the various steps of the purchase. The problem arises if I connect with the new PC, where absolutely nothing about my purchases appears. Basically, there is no correspondence between smartphone and PC. What can I do to resolve the issue? Moreover, it is also more convenient for me to use the desktop. Thank you for your prompt reply

·3 years agoI use a smartphone and several PCs, and when I log into my account I’ve never had any sync problems (At most it sees this as an anomaly and often asks you to tell stadium photos apart from castle photos).
Probably you have some problem on your devices.
