The seller assures me and guarantees in chat same-day shipping if purchased by 4:00 p.m. (yesterday, Friday the 4th). I go ahead with the purchase, asking which shipping option I should pay for to receive the item in a short time (1/2 days), and I’m told to pay extra for the "express delivery"
As of today, not only has he not shipped it, but he replies saying that by buying I accepted the terms of purchase and therefore the delivery date is September 17, adding that any return shipping would also be at my expense.
At this point I ask for the order to be canceled so I can get a refund and buy from somewhere else.... nothing.. the seller keeps replying that the item will arrive within the expected time.
Crazy...
Customer support, of course, zero, they can’t do anything.
