post....
Hello, I was sent the "package" with posta 1 pro, as the address was set as a pickup point and delivery was unsuccessful... ok, we agreed with the seller that it was my fault and I pay to have it resent to another address, and up to here everything is fine. So what is not ok? - that the item shipped, since it was not delivered, was sent back, but only after the return + 14 days to the sender did the courtesy notice arrive, which anyway does not allow him to collect and resend the goods, by now it has been exactly 31 days that poste have had my package in their hands....
any suggestions?

How come the delivery was unsuccessful at the pickup point?
What does the delivery status for posta1 say?
If the delivery status isn't visible, you're entitled to a refund by opening a dispute for item not received.
From your email it seems that you chose a different route and that more than 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, so if that's the case there's not much more you can do to get a refund and you can only rely on the seller.
So contact the seller and work it out with them.
Kind regards.

OP3 years agofor the refund there are no problems, I'm worried about the post office holding on to the items for what purpose? I've already read some very promising reviews from people who sent postcards that had symbolic value and they weren't able to get them back... the me*** post office that doesn't want to give the item either to the recipient or the sender.
Maybe someone has already had this situation with the post office? Especially as the sender, how long did it take you to pick up the package?

·3 years agoRegarding Posta 1, a Google search returns this wording:
I quote: If delivery to the recipient is not made by the end of the storage period, the items will be returned free of charge to the sender who has requested it by ticking the appropriate box on the Waybill. Otherwise, the shipment will be considered abandoned.
Since I have never seen this box to tick on Posta 1’s waybill, you’d better talk to the seller or have the seller talk directly with the post office and ask them for an explanation.
Best regards.
