a parcel sent with ITALIAN POSTE, I believe a fast parcel that contained model-making art toy soldiers -- it shows as delivered but I never received it --- the delivery is listed for around 4 August at 3 p.m. -- at that time I was at home --- not long before, about an hour earlier, Bartolini had arrived to deliver another package --- I don't know what happened --- I asked the only neighbor I consider a decent person whether maybe it had been left with him -- he tells me he was at his daughter's place -- that from his window he sees this blue van, כלומר SDA, with two people, one driving and one who got out to see what was going on, a bit like this thing being a dog chasing its tail -- the neighbor says he had a package and then doesn't remember seeing anything else -- maybe they left it with another neighbor but it wasn't supposed to be left anywhere except with me, the rightful recipient --- I opened a dispute with eBay and the seller but it seems they don't really intend to help --- I opened a complaint on the Poste Italiane website about parcel correspondence, which they answer as resolved automatically in less than 4 hours because for them it shows delivered -- today I opened another complaint, no longer putting it as undelivered but as damaged/tampered with, asking to note that the parcel had not been delivered to me -- but it says it was delivered -- they know if I want who was making deliveries in a certain area that day -- it wasn't the usual delivery person, definitely someone else --- I think it's the same one whom on Wednesday at 1 p.m. I asked where that shipment of mine had ended up; he pretends not to understand, saying he is only here for support --- but how can he, if he doesn't know the area, go and pick up two packages from a neighbor? The thing seems a bit strange to me, it smells a bit ---

·1 week agoLooks like a carbon copy of what happened to me. Package marked delivered, never seen. Pod provided by the seller says delivered to recipient and signature illegible. I was home with my family, no one heard or saw anyone. So all it takes is for the courier to mark it delivered and their word is enough?

·3 weeks agoTonight, go to the central post office in your city, explain what happened, and ask for a copy of the delivery receipt with signature. Remember that postal workers can now refuse to climb stairs and ring your doorbell because, in the event of an injury, they wouldn’t be covered, apart from the fact that there should be a street-facing intercom for your home. By now, many, but not all, reply: we’re not AMAxxn, we’re Poste Italiane, even though that’s often not true; they’re SxA couriers with a neutral van, no signs or logos. But paradoxically Poste Italiane delivers for Amaxxn and they do climb the stairs. Kafkaesque, don’t you think?

OP3 weeks agoSDA courier with BLUE van with two DELIVERY GUYS ON TOP ONE AT THE WHEEL AND ONE GOT OUT --- but they weren't, let's say, the usual ones --- for example out of 10 packages I receive with SDA POSTE ITAGLIANE 8 ARE DELIVERED BY ONE GUY AND TWO BY ANOTHER GUY OK -- 11TH PACKAGE DELIVERED BY ANOTHER GUY for sure the others are on vacation -- so -- copy of delivery confirmation requested by the seller which turns out to have a blatantly FAKE signature -- in poste italiane there's always some UNTTOUCHABLE FAVORITE PRESENT WHO CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL HE WANTS

OPAug 9, 2026 at 8:23 AMmaybe you didn't read carefully --- it wasn't the usual ones or the usual one but another one clearly -- and since Poste Italiane resolves these so-called complaints in less than 4 hours, it doesn't matter to them if the package was left with someone else -- just look, I think they have a list of who covers the various zones and who replaces those who are on vacation, that would be enough on the part of Poste Italiane but they don't care if the shipment wasn't delivered to the right recipient -- as long as it shows as delivered -- delivered to someone the courier knows who is a friend -- and maybe as I already said sold on another site like Vinted -- read carefully and think
