Problem purchasing return labels
Hello everyone, I've had this problem for 3 or 4 days now when I go to buy return labels for products returned by customers.
Every time I confirm the purchase of a label, this message appears:
- Pickup address: Please enter a valid Email address.
Does anyone happen to know how to solve this situation? Thanks in advance.

OP2 years agoUnfortunately not yet, I also spoke with support and they say it's an internal issue on their end.

·2 years agoHi, I have the same problem too....it says: Pickup address: Please enter a valid Email address.... But there’s no way to enter any email....I have until February 5....do you think they’ll fix it before then??? What phone number did you use to talk to support?? Thanks

·2 years agoElectronics 1974, it may well be that you have very different pressing needs from a private sale, obviously,
and that you have to rely on third parties for anything you need in a transaction. Unfortunately, in this case you are at the mercy of anything that doesn’t work properly. And unfortunately in our little boot
there are so many things that don’t go as they should. In consumer electronics, too. So, if that’s the case, do as I do. I fill out the label on the PC in a few minutes, print a few copies, cut it out and tuck it into the package in case a return is needed. Once a guy wrote to me: thanks for the return label, but who wants to return it? Best wishes from von

unfortunately I don't use ebay's shipping service... but it seems the email address is missing, are you sure you entered it correctly?
If you can't enter the "masked" one from ebay for the customer (also because I seem to remember it has an expiration date) use your own...

OP2 years agoUnfortunately I can’t enter any data, I can only choose the box dimensions and weight.
