Problem with purchase payment
Hello, I recently created my eBay account but when I try to pay it says it was impossible to process the payment, even though the funds are on the card ( I'm not using PayPal )
Can someone help me?

you have sufficient funds?
the payment must be authorized through your bank’s app?
are you using a virtual card or a new card and it needs to be activated?
are you buying from a foreign seller?
does your bank or card have a block on foreign payments? Paying on eBay is equivalent to a payment outside Italy, check that your card doesn’t have protection systems.

OP1 year agoHi, thanks for the quick reply, anyway yes I have sufficient funds, no there isn't any block, and the card I'm using is my personal one that I always use
