Problems in the Offers/Proposals section of my eBay
Summary: The discussion involves multiple participants addressing issues related to the Offers/Proposals section on their eBay accounts. The participants seem to be experiencing similar challenges and are likely exchanging information or seeking solutions to their concerns. However, specific details of the discussion are not provided in the original content.
For a few days now, after logging in normally, as soon as I click on the Offers/Proposals section of My eBay, no current and/or expired offers show up, but if I then click on another item (e.g. Watched items) and go back into Offers/Proposals, the current proposals become visible again.
I should point out that I haven't made any changes to the browser settings on the computer I use to access the site.
Just wondering, is this happening to you too, or is it a temporary situation (I hope) that only affects me?
Thanks

·1 year agoGood evening, did you manage to fix it? because I also can't see the proposals I send to interested buyers...

OP3 years agoOk thanks for the info, then it must be my problem. I was thinking that maybe it's due to the mobile connection I'm using at the moment, which has moments when it gets slow; it could be that when the page loads, if it doesn't load right away, it doesn't display properly, but that's just a hypothesis. Anyway, thanks for confirming, bye.

Only you can see whether there is a code to track the shipment.
You were already told that in case of non-delivery, if the deadlines have expired, you can ask eBay to intervene.

OP3 years agoGood evening, next time write 1 new post with 1 new title relevant to your issue, don’t post it as a reply in another post that deals with a different topic, otherwise, besides taking the old post off topic, your question will have less visibility because it will lack its own title and be placed in another discussion. But no worries, mistakes happen out of inexperience; next time click on "Start a new conversation".
I’m informing you that you are writing here on a community of users like you, not to eBay support. Community users (each according to their level of experience and expertise) can only give advice and/or indicate procedures and rules of the platform, but they have no access to other users’ data and cannot replace eBay’s support agents.
To contact support, you need to do it via chat or phone, depending on the option you are shown on the Help page > buying etc.
In your case, to contact the seller, go to "My eBay > Purchase history", here you will see your order, in the drop-down menu on the left click on "More actions" and click on "contact seller".
