product purchased without registration, registered with an email but the username is wrong
Good morning
a few days ago I purchased a product without being automatically registered (I think I'm ignorant on the matter) it assigned me a username, I had to request a return but without realizing it I registered with my email but with a different username, now I no longer see the purchase or the return how do I restore everything?

·1 year agoIf you bought as a guest, you can't "add" the order to the account you registered later.
You just need to rely on the email you received and read the dedicated help page:

OP1 year agoAlso, is it possible to have an email contact for customer service? It can’t be that every answer I look for tells me to contact them or to be contacted by them at
