If you made a return because you changed your mind, the shipping is your responsibility (you have to pay for it)
If you made a return because the item does not match the description (broken, different from the description, not working), the shipping has to be paid by the seller.
So the seller has to provide you with a return label.
If the seller does not provide a return label, do not wait for the dispute deadline but contact eBay support RIGHT AWAY to report the problem.
