Returned due to change of mind: will the initial shipping costs be refunded?
Hello, I would like to make a return due to change of mind, as the item I purchased is no longer needed.
The return shipping costs are of course at my expense, but will the initial shipping costs shown in the listing be refunded to me, or am I only entitled to a refund for the item?
Thanks

OP2 years agoFirst of all, thanks for the replies.
I can confirm that this is a professional seller (myparto) and when I requested the return, the site immediately gave me the ok to proceed without waiting for the seller to accept or reject it.

·2 years agoRight below the shipping costs you find this wording if it is a professional seller:
Or almost certainly this wording if it is a private seller.
If you open a return on this type of purchase, the return will be at the seller's discretion.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoJust remember that if the seller is private and does not provide for returns, they can refuse it, or, if they accept it as a courtesy, they can limit themselves to refunding only the cost of the item.
If instead the seller is a professional, what was written by those who posted before me applies.
Kind regards.

The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
Ebay has also set up a site for returns with discounted rates.
