Return of uncollected package
Summary: geek_bay said they bought a perfume on eBay with delivery to a locker, but the package was not deposited there. Not receiving any communication about the new delivery location, they found that the package was marked as delivered without specific details. After buying elsewhere, they tried to return the item, mistakenly selecting 'item not received'. The seller said the package had been delivered, but geek_bay wants to exercise the right of withdrawal and get a refund. daxsisko advised checking eBay's rules.
Last August 24, I bought a perfume on eBay, choosing, at the time of purchase, a pickup point that I changed (through the option given to me by Poste Italiane courier) via email, choosing a Locker available 24/7, but for some strange reason, in the tracking it showed that the courier had not been able to deliver the package to the locker I had selected, telling me that I would be informed of the new place where the package would be delivered. After a few days, seeing that I hadn’t received any email, I checked the tracking and saw that on August 30, at 10:06 a.m., the package had been delivered, but it doesn’t specify how, on the tracking it just says “the shipment was delivered CT,” so I went to the post office in my town, and they couldn’t tell me anything, other than to contact SDA, since they handled the delivery, but since I was already annoyed, I went ahead and bought the same item elsewhere, so I went to my order and wanted to return the item, but I accidentally selected “item not arrived” instead of “return the item”; in response to this dispute of mine, the seller simply wrote to me that the package had been delivered, but I, having the right of withdrawal, want it to go back and therefore I want a refund. I read in my account that if I don’t solve the problem by September 5 (tomorrow), I can ask eBay to step in, but at the same time I’m asking for some guidance here.

·1 month agoI recommend reading the eBay rules............ and anyway, if the item hasn’t arrived, what are you returning?

·1 month ago · Editedthe nature of the problem is this :
you don't read the rules , but evidently that's too much effort......
to sum up the current situation : you opened a dispute for item not received ( correctly ) , Ebay checks and it turns out delivered = what will Ebay decide?
you say you want to return the item ......... if you didn't receive it, since you can't return it, the intent is another one ........ namely to open a fake dispute
