Request an invoice during PayPal payment
Hello, I have a problem with PayPal messaging. I’ve been using eBay for many years now, and whenever I needed an invoice with VAT number in order to deduct the costs, I would enter at the time of purchase the message with the billing details in the appropriate box that appears before payment confirmation. And it has always worked perfectly, I have always received the invoices. Lately, I’m talking about the last 4-5 months, this message is no longer being transmitted. I’ve already tried with different computers (always Apple Mac), and also with different browsers (different versions of Safari and Firefox). I’ve also done some research, but it seems I’m the only one with this problem. I would be very, very happy if there were someone with the same problem who also managed to solve it. Thanks.

the message has to be sent through eBay itself... not PayPal... if you can't do it during payment, you can send it immediately after, through normal messaging.

OP2 years agoThanks for the replies, unfortunately some sellers only accept the message during the purchase and not after, it seems that there is definitely a defect concerning my profile from a technical point of view, but who could I turn to?

·2 years agoI don't ask for an invoice, but the message I send to the seller at the time of payment is correctly delivered.
