Redeem accumulated points

I have accumulated for more than a month, with purchases made starting from December 26, 2023, 1907 points that are however not available to redeem for further purchases. Does anyone know why or can point me to who I should write to in order to get answers? Thanks.

Contact support in chat and they’ll unblock them for you; I did it too after 2 months (I wasn’t in a hurry), no one knows why the points have been showing as blocked for a few months now, but support unblocks them right away.

But it's already past 17:30. Tomorrow after 09:00.

The current hours are: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 to 17:30.
