I’m experiencing issues 25/10/2024

Good morning, since this morning I’ve been having problems logging into My eBay, only in the sales section I get " Internal Server Error" and the page won’t load. While messages/purchases and settings work.

Same problem here, from "my eBay" I can access some sections (orders, messages etc) but not "listings", there’s always the internal server error. Hopefully they’ll fix it quickly 😞

Hi, it still doesn't work, but I tried with ebay.com and it loads for me like that so you can work on it.

Try checking whether it lets you log in from your smartphone and/or tablet notebook (compared to your usual device).

I can log in without any problems.

In these cases the issues could be various and it's not necessarily an eBay problem.

It could be the internet provider, the DNS, the internet browser, or something else....

Hi, luckily it works on smartphone, so I managed to find the sales. Anyway, it's an eBay problem, I contacted support and they saw and confirmed the server problem and reported it to the department that handles it.
