have you tried contacting the eBay seller who sold you the phone?
If you have a purchase invoice and the seller does not respond to messages, you can contact the phone manufacturer to find out which channel to use to make use of the warranty.
Using the imei, you can see whether the phone has Italian, global, or European warranty.
It may be enough to take the phone to an authorized service center nearby, or you may need to send the phone to the repair center indicated by the manufacturer.
Also make sure that the phone has not suffered any damage from a fall, moisture, or an unsuccessful software update, because in these cases the warranty does not cover the damage to the phone.

·2 years agoIf you bought it from a professional seller with legal headquarters in an EU country, ask them to apply the legal warranty.
If you bought it from a shop outside the EU or from a private individual, you can throw it away.
