Smartphone in overstock
Hello
There are listings selling smartphones classified as new, they will surely be global or initially intended for other markets
The convenient price and the wording new is appealing
I asked for clarification about it and I was told that they are smartphones in overstock
Has anyone had any experience?

·1 year agoThe term overstock refers to unsold products or excess inventory, often coming from:
-Lots left unsold by official retailers
-Stock intended for other markets (e.g. Asia, the Middle East, South America)
-End-of-line items or models close to being discontinued
These devices can actually be new, sealed, and never used, but they are not always intended for the European market.
If you see one of the following features, be careful:
-Price too low compared to the market
-Generic indication like "International Version"
-No mention of LTE band 20 (useful in Italy!)
-Ambiguous description about support for Google Services
-"Seller" warranty and not official
Ask whether they are GLOBAL versions
If they are Indian or Chinese versions, it would be better to avoid them.
Best regards
