Incoming funds blocked

Good morning, they blocked the incoming money for me for items all delivered and with positive feedback. For this reason I wrote to eBay support and they replied that they want the purchase invoices. I replied that it’s impossible to have the invoices because they are gifts and, among other things, I wouldn’t keep receipts for something that dates back several months. The interesting thing is that they still let me make sales despite being under restriction and moreover they also withheld the sponsorship money. I was asking if anyone has had a similar experience and what they did. Also because I find myself forced to take action the

·1 year agoIn addition to what @heavenwelkin rightly said, I’d say that about 1500 euros in less than a month will trigger extra checks (besides eBay as well), and they may ask you who the mysterious "Mister X" is who keeps giving you the same 2-3 perfumes over and over...).
Meanwhile, the sword of Damocles of DAC7 is getting closer and closer...

But in your opinion, with all those new, sealed perfumes you sell, including duplicates, can you really get away with just declaring that they’re gifts?
Then again.... if you had the sales invoices and sent them to eBay, I don’t think they’d unblock your funds and let you keep selling as a private seller; in my view you’d be considered a professional seller, so you’d have to update your profile from private to professional.
Out of curiosity, let us know whether, as things stand, you’ll ever get your funds unfrozen.
I advise you not to keep selling items until you sort out the issues you’re facing.
Good luck
