I was scammed
I bought a watch, obviously fake, I asked to return it and eBay told me the seller accepted but the label isn’t arriving, the seller isn’t replying to me, what should I do?

·2 weeks agoGood morning. Probably the listing says that the return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. However, since this is a non-compliant item (we’re also talking about fraud), the costs must be charged to the seller. If you have started a return, the seller will have to respond обязательно and if they accept the return they will have to provide a label or ask you to ship it at your own expense. In the second case, they will be required to refund the full amount spent for the transaction plus the costs incurred by the buyer for the return. What’s important is to start the return process right away for a non-compliant item. Then, it’s better to lose ten euros or so on the return (even if they don’t recognize the costs) than to lose everything.... and of course report it.
