payments from ebay are usually on time, but this morning I was stunned!
the day before yesterday I sold some decals, price 35€ 10€ shipping, I always send it registered mail, total 45
this morning I received the payment from ebay, 20€ + a few cents
is that normal?

·1 year agoThey’re too many and oversized. So maybe you had some unpaid bills or something similar that held you back

·1 year agoAre you sure the payment refers to that order?
Because in fact the fee withheld seems a bit high to me.
Anyway, you can check by going into the order details and then, under the order earnings indication, there’s another option "See other details" where all the items that make up the fees are specified.
Or, if you use the seller console, in the "Payments" menu there’s the option to see all the transactions made with the relevant fee details.
Alternatively, are you sure there wasn’t some refund to issue, so they only credited you the difference?
