seller who does not honor the product warranty
a few months ago at the end of August I bought from this seller -- a blender that seemed to be of good quality --- but after a few months less than three months the contacts that connect the blender jug to the blender or motor of the appliance deteriorate --- contacted at that time it was the end of November on seller who first seemed willing to help me -- but over time it proves to be just a waste of time -- the warranty he said in the advertisement at the time was two years but if you look at the same or similar advertisement now, this wording is disappeared --- I had opened a complaint with paypal but paypal said it could not intervene --- and since more than two months had passed not even ebay could do anything --- so the blender lasted about three months --

·3 years agoWhat can I say, the seller is regularly registered as a professional, so they have to guarantee the repair of the item, but it is also true that the item arrived working and broke after months, even if not many, so it would fall under warranty service and therefore the shipping costs for the item both ways are on you; it is the same thing that happens if you buy an item from a brand and there is no service center (unfortunately they are disappearing) where you live.
At this point you should consider the costs of turning to a consumer association or a lawyer to enforce your rights, but it is easy to understand that they would exceed the value of the item and then, considering the round-trip shipping costs, maybe it would be better for you to take it in for repair yourself. There are electronics chains that act as an intermediary between the customer whose item breaks and the service centers if they are not present locally; in fact, when I buy brands that do not have service in the city I buy them from them and not online.
