Hello, I’m writing here to understand what will happen and how to proceed. I bought some AirPods that I later found out were counterfeit (confirmed directly by Apple, I have the document proving it). The return process to the seller was started, and they provided an address that I noticed was different from the one they had originally shipped the item from, but of course I shipped it anyway to the address provided in the return process, because that’s the one that counts, right?The package has arrived and now the seller has opened a dispute saying that the package was sent to the wrong address. What happens now? Obviously I sent it to the address indicated in the return process, but can eBay see that? Will they contact me before making a decision to see any evidence?
