Good morning, I would like to purchase the item in question, which has no shipping costs. The item is in the city where I live, and I was wondering whether it might be possible to get a discount and pick it up directly, even though this option isn't written there.

·1 year agoIt is very likely that the seller sells via dropshipping.
By now there are many of them, who basically have nothing, not even a warehouse, just a PC to carry out sales.
In this way they manage to offer very low prices without having any expenses or invested capital.

In general, for regulatory reasons, if there is only the shipping option, hand delivery shouldn’t be possible...
Contact the seller and see what they say.

·1 year agoIt could depend on several factors....
The seller could be registered on eBay with a postal code near yours but could have the goods elsewhere.
Anyway, if he has already replied that in-person pickup can't be done.....

·1 year agoYou need to contact the seller and ask them if they agree to modify the listing by adding the local pickup option.

OP1 year agoHello and thanks, but already done, the seller does not provide the product pick up service, but made it clear that it doesn't depend on him (so on eBay?).
Chinese seller and product located in my city, I also found a product of the same model, smaller size, same seller, but the product located in Slovenia seems to me...
Anyway, it's not very clear how this sale works.

·1 year agoIf the seller is Chinese, they probably use a logistics center (Volpiano, Formello,.....). These centers obviously can't deliver anything to users, they can only ship to the addresses their client gives them.
