Limitations of my account
a few days ago they restricted my account and required me to provide my identity document. they removed the restrictions and I uploaded a product to put it up for sale, and tonight I got this email: Due to unusual selling activity detected on your account, your incoming payments have been suspended, and at the moment you can't create new listings or edit existing ones. In addition, your listings are currently not visible to buyers. To see the listings, go to My eBay or Seller Hub and open the Active listings folder. Once you have resolved all pending issues, the listings will be visible to buyers again. Sales and previous activity will not be affected. To continue selling on eBay, contact us . Once we have verified that all issues on your account have been resolved, you will be able to sell again and your listings will be restored. To ensure the safety of the platform, the proceeds from your sales will be available within 3 days of confirmation of delivery of the item. When your selling activity returns to normal and there are no active holds, your funds will generally be available within 2 days of the buyer's payment. does anyone know what I need to do to get the restrictions removed from my account?

Unable to make a return
I opened a return request and I only got an ID, not a shipping ID. I went to the post office with this number, but there I was told that a QR code is needed and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Good morning, I’d like to ask for clarification before making a purchase. I found an item for sale on eBay whose code matches the one I’m looking for. However, from the listing photos it seems to be a different product. I asked the seller to send me real photos of the item, but they replied that the images in the listing are taken from the Internet and did not provide me with photos of the item actually for sale. In addition, the seller states that they do not accept returns. I would like to know: if I buy the item and, once received, it turns out to be different from what was described or shown in the listing, can eBay step in even if the seller does not accept returns? I looked in the settings, but I can't find the option to hide "ebay live". It takes up space on the ebay page for no reason, I really don't care about it at all, is there an option to disable "ebay live"?

Different purchase offers from the same seller and request for combined shipping.
I seem to remember that once, when I received purchase offers from a seller, there was an "Accept offer" button. The item ended up discounted in the cart and then was paid for from there. If there were more than one purchase offer from the same seller , they were added up in the cart and then it was possible to ask the seller for combined shipping. Now no: each offer only gives two options: "Go to checkout" and "Decline the offer". And you have to pay shipping costs for each offer. I wrote to the seller explaining my problem. He wrote back telling me to put the items in the cart at full price and request combined shipping. I was expecting to receive an invoice with the items discounted according to the purchase offers and instead, naturally, the invoice shows the 5 items at full price. That's not right. But it's not all the seller's fault (even though he should have discounted each item on the invoice according to the purchase offers), but above all Ebay's, which, in its rush to avoid possible missed immediate payments, takes away the possibility of proceeding in a sensible way. What should I do? Accept each offer, pay a shipping price for each offer and then ask the seller for a refund? Hmm.

I received an item different from the one I bought and eBay says I have to pay for the return myself
Hello, three days ago I received an item and I received a different article, furthermore the package was already opened too, not new as stated in the description. I have photos and everything. I opened a return choosing "item not as described" but then I saw that the system says I have to pay for the return shipping. I tried chatting with eBay but they absolutely would not help me in any way at all. They said the return had been opened as a "change of mind" but I had selected "item not as described". And they said they couldn't do anything and not to close the return or I wouldn't be able to open another one. I tried contacting the seller but it's been 3 days and they haven't replied. I can't ask eBay to step in because there isn't any button. What can I do? Thanks in advance
