Good evening, on 29/7 I purchased an item whose delivery was scheduled for 7/8. During checkout I chose Bartolini as the courier with delivery to my home and paid with a rechargeable MasterCard debit card. I don't know why, but Ebay generated the shipping label incorrectly, creating it with Poste Italiane as the courier and delivery to a pickup point. Obviously the seller, unaware of the error, printed it and shipped the item. When the item arrived at the Poste pickup point on 7/8, the owner checked his terminal and saw no trace of that shipment coming to him, and refused to accept the parcel, assuming it was a mistake. Obviously the parcel was sent back to the sender and I promptly opened a "Item Not Received dispute" also because the item was covered by the "eBay Customer Guarantee". When the item was returned to the seller I asked that it be resent to me because I needed it, and the seller asked me for an amount to cover the cost of the second shipment. Understanding that the problem was not caused by him, I accepted and paid via PayPal. Now I ask you: since the mix-up was caused by an Ebay error why should I have to pay for the second shipment? can I ask Ebay for a refund? how can I contact Ebay since I can't find an email address or a chat? The dispute is still open but on the dedicated page I can't find any button that lets me get in touch with them, only with the seller, who has no responsibility at all and in fact was very helpful despite being on vacation abroad. Can anyone help me? Thanks \giuseppe
