Is it possible that every time I buy something, it either arrives half broken, or they resend it 3 times because it’s defective, or like these days they get the item wrong 3 times? It’s absurd! I’m forced to use Amazon..

Even Amazon is not exempt from incorrect or defective items... especially if you buy from third-party sellers...
