Has anyone else had the item show as delivered, but in reality it had just been shipped?

eBay tells me that an item has been delivered, but it still shows up at the customs of the shipping country. Has this happened to others? Should I be worried? I think it's just an eBay system error, but I'd like confirmation just to avoid giving the wrong feedback.
