is it possible to buy from a seller that does not ship to the buyer's country

I'm interested in taking part in an auction, German seller who doesn't ship to Italy. offers not possible because the seller doesn't want to pay higher fees. I'm willing to pay duties and additional costs just to be able to make an offer. Is there a possibility ???? Thanks

You have to ask the seller to modify the listing or send you an invoice with the shipping costs, but if he doesn't want to ship to Italy......
